Well, they are applications that are created by people at home, for the DS. They can range from a Notepad, to a Music Tracker, to even a multipedia player. Many things have been created.

well i dont really know how to make them >_> but they are very useful to turn your DS into almost whatever you want :) but again you need a Games N Music from walmart to use them :(
